Very easy if you do not hold any prejudice against them. A little hard if you hate them. Very difficult if you are a hypocrite.
Easy when you are happy with the way your life is shaping up, difficult if you begin to think "why can't my life be like that?" :)
I agree with Mansi. It depends on what the reason for happiness is. For eg: I am really happy for someone if I hear they are getting married but if someone gets a job.. good Lord no.. ;)
